Movie update - nonstarter
So the short script I referred to in my last post has turned out to be a (temporary?) bust. Kassa isn't gonna do two films after all, just one. I'm really not sure if this is related to a lack of funding or the fact that BOTH the films were originally conceived for World Aids Awareness Day and my script had nothing even remotely AIDS-related at all (Kassa thought one aids film would be enough). It's probably related to both those issues actually. The bottom line is that the powers that be in wherever they are Xed Sheldon's Shell. My script got knocked in favor of a script called Goodaz Gal which has a plot line tied deeply to the killer-virus.
I was a tad bummed at first, but not seriously so. It all kinda felt surreal in the first place. Anyway, Kassa called me this morning cuz he hasn't given up on the script. Furthest thing from it, he says he really really really wants to make it. He wants to do it next year or so, after Goodaz Gal is out and about and has maybe opened some doors for him. Furthmore, he's decided that he wants me to play the lead. Grrr. Acting. Grrr. Anyway, it's a bunch of months away. Anything could happen.
Back 2 da grind. Zombie is me.

:/ bummer... well - i preferred it as a story anyway... twas more.. u?
and if it has to be scripted i think twould look better on stage...
btw u should consider vampirism over zombification - apparently vampires win. akin to pirates being more awesome than ninjas... :D
Man, life is . . . well it sucks sometimes. I'm glad you aren't too disappointed though! And in the spirit of optimism I hope it works out in the end.
But hey does this mean you don't like acting? The grrr and all.
Sorry to hear dem put the script on hold.
Next time, let me know ahead of time who you competing against so I cyan sabotage dem by poisening dem dawg.
